Ordering Details:                                

All plants will be supplied in April or May, all being sent out by next day delivery service. We will notify you by email (or phone) when despatch is made. If you are away during the time your order is due to be despatched please notify us so we can make alternative arrangments.

Please submit your order by post at least 4 weeks before requirement of delivery, including your payment by cheque made payable to:

Acknowledgement:     We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail. When received  please check that your details have been recorded correctly to ensure you will receive your plants quickly and safely. If a variety becomes unavailable we will substitute with another similar variety unless requested not to do so on the order form as ‘no substitutions required’.

Guarantee:     We will replace or refund any cost of plants that you are not satisfied with upon arrival, if they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

Postage and Packing:     We can only supply to UK mainland. The postage and packing is detailed on the order form.

Collection:     Customers are welcome to collect orders from the Dahlias Direct nursery by prior arrangement ( telephone or email) at least one week before the collection date.
